As part of our nursing assessment we can offer personal and home care, separately or alongside nursing care as necessary. Each set of circumstances will be assessed individually, advice given and then in agreement with yourselves care commenced. 

Perhaps you need someone to help you have a bath/shower, daily or weekly?

Need some assistance with shopping and preparing meals?

Perhaps you hurt your back? broke your arm or twisted an ankle?

Are you recovering from an operation planned or unplanned?

Perhaps you have had a flare up of your asthma or an acute chest infection?

You would like a disabled relative to visit but don't know if you will manage?
