These tasks are very personal to each individual, and normally as a nurse we view the patient holistically, however sometimes people do need assistance with individual tasks.

For example this can include,  male/female catheter care, injections, stoma care, woundcare, pressure area care, leg compression.

We also want you to be as independent as possible and if appropriate we will teach you for example how to give your own injections, stoma care etc. 

again each person will be treated individually and all circumstances considered.

Alll nursing tasks are undertaken using u.k standards of care  and are researched based.
